The trading and power supply company GREEN supports one of Desmos’ programmes once again! This time GREEN covered the full cost of the necessary materials and equipment for the Forest Fire Protection Volunteers of Attica – E.DAS.A.

After a difficult summer for our forests, GREEN purchased through Desmos the necessary equipment for the organization. This way, GREEN managed to cover the losses that occured due to the intense activity of the organization during the summer and also significantly support E.DAS.A’s important efforts.

More specifically, we covered the following needs of E.DAS.A.:

-100 Filters for fire protection masks (Draeger X-plore combi filter A1B1E1K1 Hg P3 R D)
-10 Fire protection gloves (type Penkert Braveman)
-10 Fire protection glasses (MSA Responder)
-1 Scouting scope (konus 7122 and a tripod mount)
-1 Video projector (BenQ MS527 and its mount)
-12 Fire protection backpacks (Mil-Tec Assault Pack large 36lt)
-30 Waterproof torches for fire fighting helmets (Cree LED 500 BL-8468)

Thanks to the support of GREEN S.A. , the team of E.DAS.A. can continue their efforts. E.DAS.A.’s work consists of fire prevention, firefighting, afforestation, gathering of seedlings, and the training of those interested in the protection and firefighting in the forests of Attica.
