The hotels Domes Resort of Elounda and Noruz supported the 7th Nursery School of Agios Nikolaos and the 2nd High School (Gymnasium) of Chania, through “Desmos for Schools” program
Domes Resorts donated PCs, laptops, a fax, a printer, a projector, as well as special cartridges (styluses) and equipment for sketch and cartoon printing via PC.
This donation will modernize the equipment and will be a key tool used in the classes, it will upgrade the quality of education and broaden the learning potential.
Sheraton Rhodes Hotel supported the 10th Primary School in the Medieval town of Rhodes, donating a PC complete with software and programs, thereby creating a contemporary, attractive and interactive learning environment for the students.
The equipment will provide equal learning opportunities for the 35 schoolchildren at the school, strengthening their technological literacy.
Most schoolchildren come from families with low incomes.
