Charlotte Stratos

Charlotte Stratos, is employed, since May 2008, by Morgan Stanley, as a senior advisor to the Bank’s Investment Banking Division. From 1987 to 2007, Ms. Stratos served as Managing Director and Head of Global Greek Shipping for Calyon Corporate and Investment Bank of the Credit Agricole Group. From 1976 to 1987, Ms. Stratos served in various roles with Bankers Trust Company, including, advisor to the Shipping Department and Vice President of Greek shipping finance. Currently serves as independent director on the board of two shipping companies, as well as director of a fund of hedge funds.

DESMOS aims to coordinate the donating process between donors and organizations in need. Desmos does not attest to, or provide any guarantees regarding, the quality of the offered goods or their characteristics. Desmos designs and implements programs arising from financial donations by individuals, companies and charitable financial institutions aiming to meet the needs of vulnerable groups. In order to be able to sustainably run our programs, we need to cater for implementation costs such as research and update of needs, proposal compilation, implementation follow up, payments, financial and final reports to donors etc. The set policy of Desmos is to charge a 10% administrative fee after removing the applied 0.5% donation tax. Especially where individuals’ monetary donations up to 5.000 euros for combating the COVID-19 pandemic are concerned, Desmos waives its right to the aforementioned percentage and assumes the responsibility to absorb all administrative costs.
