Martha Desylla is a Project Manager with experience in the field of social and humanitarian action. Her journey in the sector began through volunteering, where she came into contact with the needs of society and the importance of making a meaningful contribution. She then turned her interest and experience into a professional career, working at the Danish Refugee Council (DRC), where she contributed to supporting accommodation facilities, coordinating activities, and collaborating with different organizations and groups of people.

She holds a degree in Information Technology Applications in Management and Economics and combines strong organizational and communication skills with a practical approach to project management. Today, as a Project Manager at DESMOS, she seeks to use her experience and skills to implement initiatives that create a meaningful and positive social impact.
